PAYMENT

Payments can be paid in in cash, money order, or check and turned in at the Multicultural Engagement Center (Student Activity Center 1.102) to Malik Crowder (primary collector), Brandelyn Flunder (MEC Director), or MEC Front Desk Staff. All payments will yield a receipt.

For your convenience, you can also make your payment online at the MEC's TX Shop. Link can be found here and directions can be found below.

1. Please select Afrikan American Affairs from the homepage.

2. Quick Add "2017 Spring Black Graduation."

3. Enter the number of registrations that you want and hit "add to cart."

4. If you are done, select "checkout."

5. You may either use "Quick Checkout" or "Checkout with UTEID." The second option saves

your information for later use.

6. Enter your information as you would with any online shopping and select "pay with credit card."

7. Enter credit card information and select Pay. You will receive a confirmation email.

Payment includes commemorative graduation booklet, champagne glass and Longhorn lapel pin, Kente Cloth sash, t-shirt, and reception for graduate and family members. The $40 fee is for graduate participation only. Family, friends, and mentors are welcome to attend for free.

Payments received by April 24, 2017 will guarantee a t-shirt in your desired size!
